So much to look forward to with a break from the everyday as soon as you board

Aichi-Nagoya OPEN TOP BUS takes to the roads just as the 20th Asian Games and 5th Asian Para Games take place. And who wouldn't be excited about a roofless double decker cruising around the city for a whole new perspective—literally—on Nagoya tourism?
Take off from Nagoya Station in the evening as you revel in the city's radiant night views. Forget about on the bus; people start taking pictures before it even departs!

All aboard, and we're off to see the night sky from the best seats in the house… or bus

The second-story seats bring you closer to the skies for a more open field of vision fitting more of the city into view. The city almost becomes more spectacular and alive without the roof, and man oh man, are the buildings' lights dazzling.
Once the bus starts moving, you really do become one with the city.

More insight into Nagoya with the multilingual guide

Headphones and smartphone become your virtual multilingual guide through an automatic translation function. Get quick translations of what the onboard guide says as they say it, so there's no barriers to enjoying the allure of Nagoya.

Note:
• A separate service charge of JPY 1,000 is required for guests wishing to rent a multilingual guide device.

Incredible views only at night as the city begins to shine

As you continue along the route, you come across a lit-up Nagoya Castle and dazzling Nagoya Station area nothing like that of the daytime and from an incredible height.
Even waiting at stoplights is exciting and offers the perfect chance for incredible snapshots. Enjoy full access to a whole new Nagoya you just can't get from the ground.

Historic architecture turns into radiant works of art

Aichi Prefectural Office and Nagoya City Hall offer radiant spectacles of light with digital art projections and illumination displays. Vividly colorful lights and video envelop the historic structures as their screen as they portray a surreal scene.
Watching it from the open top bus, you'll feel like you could reach right out and become a part of the show.

The pinnacle of night views driving along the Nagoya Expressway

Perhaps the greatest highlight of this tour is the dynamic section where you race along an expressway right in the city. Cruise along toward the Global Gate complex as you just barely slide under overtop bridges to the almost collective "Whoa!" by passengers.
Again, without the roof, Nagoya's night view truly unfolds in an expansive display before your eyes—and above your head! Feel the wind through your hair in an experience you'll find nowhere else. Once it's over, you'll be signing up to ride again.

Bringing home memories together with gorgeous scenes

Once the nearly 85-minute excursion is up, you'll have a much better idea of what kind of city Nagoya is. It's the perfect place for night activities as well as making fun travel memories through dates or family outings after watching the games.
The city itself is as energetic as ever with the holding of the 20th Asian Games and 5th Asian Para Games. So, hop on an open top bus only available at this time as you get a whole new look at Nagoya differing from the daytime. Feel the wind across your face as the warm glowing city lights enwrap you in what is sure to be the highlight of your trip.
