A triathlon for the toughest of athletes
IRONMAN 70.3 is part of an international triathlon series. Many participants of this race are not only from Japan but all over the world. The competition takes place across two cities—Tahara and Toyohashi—with a 1.9-kilometer swim, 90.1-kilometer bike ride, and 21.1-kilometer run. All put together, the course is a 113.1-kilometer, or 70.3-mile, test of participant's physical abilities.
