An old hot spring with a long history of 1,200 years; one of the best in the prefecture
Miya Onsen Hot Springs, one of the oldest hot springs in Aichi, is said to have been discovered by a monk called Gyoki in the Nara period. The spring is located in Mikawa Bay Quasi-national Park and has a picturesque ocean view. You can benefit from the popular "one day onsen passport", with which you can visit unique hot springs within Miya Onsen Hot Springs. One passport can be purchased per person and 4 different hot spring facilities can be used per 2,100 yen passport. The hot spring town is located near recreational facilities such as Laguna Ten Bosch, and makes a perfect base for sightseeing.
